You must receive patients with a pleasant and professional demeanor and be able to collect accurate patient data for input into our computer system.
You must be willing to learn and grow to be successful here.
Some of the duties include answering telephones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting copays and balances, printing schedules and super bills, responding to emails, scanning and many other duties.
The ideal applicant would possess insurance knowledge and medical office software knowledge.
We utilize Office Practicum for patient care.
You must be proficient with this EMR.
HIPAA compliance is a must.
We are searching for a candidate who has the ability to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings with some flexibility for additional coverage.
Billing experience would be a plus.
Our office is open MWF 9-5:
30pm, T/TH 9-7:
30pm and Saturday 9-1pm.
The candidate should be flexible to work 8:
30am when the phones are turned on.
