Responsible for all duties performed but not limited to managing loans repricing in the loan Portfolio, HMDA tracking and reporting, accepting, processing and underwriting of consumer loan applications, processing all loan satisfactions, scanning documents to the loan files, preparing consumer and commercial loan documents, processing and uploading of new loans to the core system, performing loan audits, engaging appraisers, review of appraisal reports.
Essential Functions:
1.
Processing of Loan Satisfactions 2.
Tracking and Reporting of HMDA Information.
3.
Conducting Loan Applicant Interviews for Consumer Loans.
4.
Preparation of Loan Closing Documents and Loan Disbursement for Consumer and Home Equity Loans.
5.
Follow up and maintaining of the Real Estate Property Taxes.
6.
Monitoring, Processing and preparation of loan modifications and extension documents for loans repricing in the loan portfolio.
7.
Complies with regulations, policies, and procedures.
8.
Acts responsibly at all times while ensuring the security and integrity of bank systems, information and data to protect customer confidentiality and privacy.
9.
All other duties as assigned.
PROBLEM SOLVING:
Addressing loan related problems or issues, including but not limiting to solving the issue or problem at hand either in person, telephone or in writing.
Following the problem through to the end, insuring that all necessary corrections and notifications have been made accurately and that the customer has a complete and full understanding of the issue or problem at hand and is notified of the end result.
Will complete whatever necessary account maintenance may be required, to complete any and all necessary modifications or changes that are necessary to the loan account both systematically and manually.
HUMAN RELATIONS:
Must demonstrate the ability to interact with customer and co-workers.
Must maintain an efficient and organized relationship with the loan department as well as other departments within the bank.
ACCOUNTABLITY:
Accountable for the collection, tracking and reporting of the HMDA Information and the real estate property taxes.
Monitoring and processing Releasing, scanning and of current and paid loan files.
KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma/G.
E.
D.
or equivalent, Banking Experience, College Degree or courses preferred.
Must possess excellent communication, telephone and organizational skills.
Must have or able to obtain an NMLS License, Must have the ability to operate a computer, navigate software, and basic office equipment.
