Senior project manager for a commercial General Contractor for
projects located in northern Virginia/ central Maryland.
Estimating:
Solicit pricing from subcontractors.
Prepare bid tabulation sheets (including accurate scope).
Review drawings for conflicts and prepare RFI's.
Project Management:
Conduct scope review and prepare subcontracts.
Review, process and track submittals and shop drawings.
Review subcontractor change orders/invoices.
Prepare owner invoices.
Conduct subcontractor progress meetings.
Prepare and maintain project schedule and budget.
Process and submit project closeout documents.
Project Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years commercial construction project manager
experience preferred.
Basic fluency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook,
etc.
