Internet Sales Manager- Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep


Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep, a MileOne company, is growing and hiring dedicated Internet Sales Managers to assist our growing customer base.


The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for customer retention and profitability in the new and/or pre-owned vehicle dealerships. You will manage and respond to all internet inquiries, communicating effectively with each customer/prospect according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or in person). In this competitive business, the Internet Sales Manager will promote and drive results while creating a positive working environment.


Responsibilities include:



  • Satisfying the transportation needs of internet-generated customers by coordinating with the sales department, service, and/or collision centers

  • Screening and coordinating with customers to bring them into the store for proper vehicle demonstrations and to ultimately close the sale/lease

  • Assisting customers in selecting vehicles

  • Directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet

  • Understanding the psychology of internet customers

  • Devising a strategy to meet goals while maintaining high level of customer service

  • Managing a sales team to drive traffic through appointments

  • Train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all salespeople


Job Requirements

  • Ability to ask for the sale and close

  • Ability to "think on your feet"

  • Confidence and persistence on the phone.

  • Experience in consumer to consumer sales (C2C)

  • Ability to be coached and follow processes

  • Gain or maintain state sales license

  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction

  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills

  • Valid driver's license with no more than two points

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
